Big Heart Yoga is OPEN!

  • Masks are required to enter the studio. Please make sure you can breathe well with your mask on.
  • Masks are encouraged, but optional once settled into your mat space.
  • Bring your own mat, and a blanket or towel.
  • Bring your own props if you like - but make sure they are clean/disinfected before & after every class.
  • Props available in the studio: loaner mats, bolsters, blocks, zafus, straps, wedges and sandbags
  • Please bring your own water bottle.
  • Studio door opens 15 minutes before scheduled class times.
  • Airflow: Studio doors are open as much as possible, the A/C unit pulls in outdoor air and is often running - even with the doors open and our small, but mighty, air purifier is always on.
  • Classes will still be first come, first served - and limited according to appropriate physical distancing guidelines. If a class fills to capacity - the entrance door will be locked. We will not incorporate an online sign up system unless class attendance warrants it. I will be happy to let you know which classes are less attended - just ask!
