Big Heart Yoga is re-opening on May 26, 2020!

  • Face coverings are required to enter the studio. Homemade masks are lovely! Please make sure you can breathe well with your mask on.  We will address the challenges and options of practicing with a mask on at the beginning of class.
  • Bring your own mat, and a blanket or towel.
  • Bring your own props if you like - but make sure they are clean/disinfected before & after every class.
  • Please bring your own water bottle.
  • Studio door opens 15 minutes before scheduled class times.
  • Classes will still be first come, first served - and limited according to appropriate physical distancing guidelines. If a class fills to capacity - the entrance door will be locked. We will not incorporate an online sign up system unless class attendance warrants it. I will be happy to let you know which classes are less attended - just ask!
